Our manager will be waiting for you at the apartment at your estimated time of arrival and for one additional hour if necessary. You have to specify when exactly you will be arriving at the apartment. After reservation is made, you will receive all the necessary phone numbers and information you'll need to get into your dream apartment. As of May 5, 2007 The Hollywood Suite and Castle Panorama will be equipped with self check-in/out features. When you're booking these apartments you'll never pay late or early check-in/out fees. |

Where self-check-out is permitted: Self check out is easy. You lock the doors, and throw all keys back to the apartment through the mail slot. Maintenance usually gets there by 10:15 sharp, so if you plan to check out late, please let us know in advance.Everywhere else: Please consult with our manager when you will be leaving the apartment so you can hand over the keys. Failure to do so, and leaving the apartment where self-check-out is not permitted will result in 150 Euros penalty. |

| "ONE NIGHT STANDS" |

Please note, that some of our apartments are not available for booking a one night only stay. If you're planning to stay for one night and nothing comes up, try to enter two days to get availability. As far as the other apartments go, when only one night is booked, we reserve the right to move your booking to a similar or higher priced apartment. This will of course not affect your total, so upgrades in these cases are free. |
| EARLY ARRIVAL / LATE CHECKOUT POLICY: |
If you cannot check-in or check-out in the time-frame provided, please advise us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival/departure. Early/Late check-in/check-out can be arranged for 39 Euros if available. If you check-in/check-out early or late and you don't advise us in time, we'll charge 95 Euros as a penalty. You must follow our easy checkout procedures to avoid any late fees or penalties. |
| CANCELLATION / NO SHOW: |
You need to cancel at least three days prior to arrival if you wish to cancel. If you paid in full with a credit card, we'll refund your money promptly, less 25%. If you only paid deposit, we'll keep the deposit. If you don't show up at all, and don't advise us about canceling, we cannot refund your money, but we'll give you 25% discount on your next stay. For those properties, where only 25% advance was required, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card one day after your missed arrival. |
| PRIVATE AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE: |
A very special and convenient service for you and your family. Our driver will wait for you at the airport holding a sign with your name on it. We will load you baggage in the van and take you straight to the apartment, where we will load your baggage into the apartment as well. We only require 25% advance on most reservations. The balance will be due in cash at the time of check in. All credit card details must be submitted through our automated and secure online booking system or via fax. Charges from us may appear as "VINCENT DEVILLE GROUP" on your credit card statement. Please note, that we are a US based company. American Express card holders: For some reason, sometimes we're unable charge in Euros to AmEx cardholders. If your payment gets rejected, please try an other card, or choose the "Confirm Via Fax" option, and simply send us your card details via fax or email. We'll then convert the total chargeable to USD and process your card manually. |

| Our vacation apartments in Bratislava are all fully equipped, and fully serviced. They all have abundant supply of linen, towels, slippers, soap and shampoo. We have a superb maid service that makes sure that our vacation rentals are clean when you check in, and if you happen to stay over a week or so, our maids will come every five days to make up the rooms, and make sure you have enough clean towels, sheets, and beauty supplies too. When checking in, please make sure that you find absolutely everything per our offering in the listing and on this website in general. Should anything be missing at all, let us know, and we'll fix that in less than 24 hours. WIRELESS INTERNET Some apartments come equipped with standard wireless B or G router with cable or DSL internet connection. In this case the apartment listing will indicate that WiFi is available. Others are furnished with a PCMCIA card that uses a mobile 3G connection. To make sure you have Internet ready from day one, please let us know in advance if you're planning to use the Internet service, so we can have a PCMCIA 3G card ready for you. CONCIERGE SERVICE
